Description :
Un arbre de taille petite à moyenne. Le tronc est droit. Il y a souvent des brides ou des contreforts à la base. L'écorce est grise ou brune et squameuse. Ils peuvent se produire en grappes à l'aisselle des feuilles. Les fleurs mâles et femelles se trouvent sur des arbres séparés. Les fleurs femelles ont tendance à avoir des tiges plus longues.
