Un petit arbre. Il atteint 6 à 10 m de haut. Le tronc est tordu. L'écorce est gris clair et lisse. Les feuilles sont alternes ou regroupées sur de petites branches latérales. Ils sont simples et varient en taille et en forme. Ils sont ovales. Ils mesurent 1 à 5 cm de long sur 0,5 à 2 cm de large. Les fleurs sont petites. Ils mesurent 10 mm de long.
